What about Threshold's unplugged albums?
I think they are really good, and can be used on birthday parties with non-proggy family/friends.

I didn't even know that they have one or two.  :-\

For parties these kind of albums can be useful, no question about that but overall i must say that i find acoustic albums somewhat boring.
For instance, Golden Earring ( and this might hurt a few) released two unplugged albums a couple of years ago called Naked and Naked II (come to think of it, i even think they did a Naked III) and everyone were crazy about these albums but they did zip for me. Sure, nice songs  but overall no classics to me.  :-\

Nope, penguines living in a world of ice, shooting marbles to the ceiling (same principle as this game) - I think it was even called "Bubbles" - only difference is that it was for Linux.

Appelmoes??

Yes, there are many variations to bubbles. I like this one, because it's easy :D

NP  Kamelot:  The Black Halo  *horns*

It's become clear to me that the whole discussion of which is the better, Halo or Ghost, is rather dumb - yeah, really - because they're actually quite similar musically, although the themes are quite different, musically more similar than e.g. Contagion and Pepper, or Octavarium and Systematic.

Aint that right, Tom ?

Yep, that's right Nick! I've been playing Ghost Opera a lot yesterday and today and I love it. Great mix of (very) heavy music with classical influences! And sooooo melodic!!!

Tom, it's funny that you and I are the only roomies who have good taste in music !

Indeed, and I really can't help but wonder why that is...Oh well, at least we're enjoying some great music. Music that our fellow forumers simply cannot comprehend! ;D And now I'm gonna run and hide for a while... ;)

Did his apples got hard?

I can't believe I'm participating in this...

About the bubbles, it reminds me: does anybody know the MSX game "Bubble Bobble"?
Two little dragons, jumping on bubbles and shooting bubbles to catch their enemies and turning them into bananas, apples and other fruit?
