It's a neo-prog concept album from the UK. I'd call it a cross between Nolan & Wakeman and Clive's musicals 'She' and 'Alchemy'. I prefer those albums, but I have to add I only heard this album once. Clive Nolan plays the keyboards and John Mitchell does some vocals (unfortunately no guitar). Also participation from Troy Donockley and Matt Stevens who you might know.
