Cause of Injury: Lack of Adhesive Ducks.

Bupie

Megadeth - Risk

Rather uneven (and generally hated by fans) but the two versions of Breadline are really outstanding  *horns*

BTW, Mad, you didn't answer me about the new Epica ?

Steve Jones

Is it good ?

Oh, i'm sorry Bup. Never noticed that.  :-[

Yeah it's quite good actually.
As you might have expected there's lots of classical stuff on it and some Epica tracks redesigned so to say.
I've listened to it twice so my opinion might change in a few days but right now i'd recommend it to anyone who likes Epica/metal in a classical coat.

No, Before Played:   Ten:  The Essential Collection, The Ballads

With all the ignorance and negligence of this group here in the Room, I began to doubt:  Was my enthusiasm just a short-lived spell ?

Fortunately not:  These ballads are absolutely thrilling, top'o'the game, as regards both music, lyrics, and musicianship  *horns*

JP  Circus Maximus:  The 1st Chapter  (title track, 20 minutes)

What an awesome epic  *horns*

A cornucopia, runs the gamut from smooth melody thru all kindsa surprising moods to the heaviest TOT-mood - yeah guys, they can really pull it off  8)

Actually reminds me quite a bit of DT's epics.

These guys are simply over the top !!!

NP  Main Library Ambience  ;D

But a lot better than Baghdad Ambience  :(

NP: Arena - Live & Life

Probably one of the (if not the) best sounding live-albums I own. *horns*

Agree, Tom. I return to these discs every now and then.

Particularly Rob establishes himself convincingly as the Arena singer here, and John's playing is terrific  *horns*

Genesis ~ The Carpet Crawlers

What do you think of the 1999 recording? I think it's pretty good! *horns*

I'm now listening to a few Metal Gear Solid songs.
Harry Gregson-Williams did a good job on those/these.

Haven't heard it yet! But I doubt that it wouldn't be pretty good!
