Absolutely.  First class piece of work, great vocals in particular *horns*

Yes, I got p*ssed off with the erratic iPod scrobbling amongst other things.  Also, I was mainly using it for statistics and I found I could export the data from iTunes and import it into a database and get more useful data myself.

I can still listen to music on LastFM anyway...

Was listening to morow.com again.  Carptree sounds interesting.  Roundabout just came on though, and while it's a good song, it's the designated Yes song that gets overplayed on the radio here, so I'm kind of permanently tired of it.   :-\

Carptree sounds interesting.

They are.  I've got 'Man Made Machine' and have never fully got into all of it, although a couple of tracks (eg 'In the Centre of an Empty Space') are to die for.  Definitely 'interesting' 8)

Martin Orford - The Old Road

I went for the download purchase again.  The CD is available a few places, but at thrice the price or more, plus Amazon gave me a $1 credit toward a download purchase based on some other purchase I made.  I went on a bit of
an Amazon binge again (and without benefit of Guinness to motivate it!), so I figured I should economize on something.   ;D

That's rather nice.  Parts of it sound rather Asia-ish (no shock with John Wetton doing a lot of the vocals), but the music is generally more interesting than Asia's, so it doesn't seem too poppy.  Certain instrumental passages remind me of Yes, surprisingly enough, and of course a good bit sounds like IQ (about which you'll hear no complaints from me).

So I suppose it's not an essential purchase ? Would you pick Martin's first solo album over this last one ?

NP  Styx and REO Speedwagon - Arch Allies : live at Riverport

From a common tour of the two bands, each band having his cd and two songs being jammed between the two bands.

Listening to REO's cd at the moment. Not challenging but nevertheless very pleasant. I must confess I always had a soft spot for Can't Fight This Feeling  :) even if the studio version is better IMHO.

Essential purchase!!!! 8)  Any Asia-ish moments are like a prog version of Asia ;)

Agreed, although I've only played it once so far, so my final rating may change.  Thus far I'd give 4 out of 5 stars on the Prog Archives scale -- a fine addition to any prog collection or words to that effect.  I agree the Asia-ish moments are proggier than Asia (hence my comment that the music is generally more interesting than Asia's).  Also, there's enough IQ in there that I'd think most IQ fans would want it.
