I just thought h's spontaneous crowd surf was a brilliant response to things going wrong.  I love that band *horns*

Yes I read that. Amazing! :o Actually I used to post on the Marillion-forum, but haven't done that for ages. Don't really know why...I do enjoy reading it though!

Man, how cool is that! ;D
Something only h could pull of and get away with!
Wish I could see it.

I'm on there as 'Misplaced Marbles' but tend to post mainly in the 'Now playing' and 'Song title game' threads.  I keep my serious music talk for The Shattered Room 8)

More than 100 back posts to read today, and the recent posts thinger only does 100, so if anyone said anything important about cheese early, I may have missed it.   :'(

NP:  R.E.M. - Murmur

Yes, I am easily swayed too.  Had to hear the 'rope' song.    ;)

Blind Ego ~ Numb

An awful lot of you seem to like this.  I guess I'd better investigate.   That and the Tock-Tick thingy.    ;D

NP: Porcupine Tree - Nil Recurring

There, I bought a Porcupine Tree EP, usually a symptom of fanaticism.  Then again, it could be a sign of mental illness not to be fanatical about people capable of producing an album like Deadwing.   *horns*

Interesting, I think I actually like Nil Recurring better than Fear of a Blank Planet (not that the latter is bad by any means).  Since it fits nicely into my time window at the moment, I'll think I'll play it again right now.   ;D

Since I don't own the EP I think I shouldn't be saying anything on that subject, but I secretly have to agree with you. I also think it's better than FOABP.
:-X Now I just HAVE to buy the EP...

No. But I will make a very important statement about cheese tomorrow. So be prepared!

What's the deal with this fascination that Steven Wilson has with ashes?   Is he overdue for a visit from the chimney sweep?  ???

I think the ashes are a by-product of all the trains he mentions...

Yes indeed... I think that's facinating actually. Every band or artist has a few themes. Steven Wilson's theme is "Trains"... Why? Interesting.

I guess you should think it's interesting too, Steve.
