Personally i think that pt II is even better than pt. I. Eve Suite for instance is marvellous. I would recommend it to anyone who likes prog with a heavy note. 
The story continues so i'm sure that the next album will deal with the concept of pt I and pt II. Besides that the songs are better it also is a bit heavier than pt I.
