Don't really know Rocket Scientists... Can you give a hint what it sounds like?
I've heard it's very keyboard orientated (which is a plus!), is that true?

Can you compare it with other bands/artists?
Dark/happy music?

I've heard lots of people like it, but I've no idea why.


I just played a lot on my keyboard and it all sounded great actually. Very Jean Michel Jarre alike. But it's just loose snippets, I really need to tie the snippets together to form a whole, but that's my weakness... So I think I'm great at playing snippets of nice riffs and solos, but not a songwriter. So that's what I was listening to.

But now I feel like listening to some Neal Morse... I think "One" will do.

It's difficult to describe the music and compare it to an other band, because it is very versatile. It is indeed keyboard orientated (Erik Norlander), but there is room enough for guitar solos. On the album 'Oblivion Days' for example Arjen Lucassen did the heavy rhytm guitar stuff. There are both dark and happy tracks.
