Does anyone know the main chords of Friday's dream????? It should be fairly easy to play (especially Rob's guitar).
Anyone??

joost

Isnt it just something like: Am, F, C, G??

I just finished tabbing the song so here it is! I play it this way on my acoustic guitar and to my ears it sounds correct.

Please let me know what you think of it!

Cheers, Tom

I was struggling with the chords before, even with the Smoke and Mirrors DVD on..
These chords sound perfect.
Dunno if every record is exact the same but this one exactly matches the Breakfast in Biarritz record.

Hey kids try this,

Verse = Am, F, C, G.  x2.
Bridge = Dm, C, F, Dm, C, A#, F, C, C.
Chorus = F, Dm, C, A#,                F, Dm, C, A#, F, A#, F, C.
Middle bit = D(9), A#, F, C. x2.

The F9 is pretty simple.

A - x
D - 3
G - 2
H - 1
E - 3

I'm still waiting for someone cleverer than me to tell me the notes in the Butterfly Man guitar solo....  ??? Someone will eventually I guess... so I'll carry on boring you all with it!

Maybe I'll make it an Easter project, get it wrong then some male ego'll kick in and correct me  ;D
