Last night i made prawns marinated in garlic , ginger , soy ,fennel and cumin with salad followed by a home made Sindhi lamb curry.

Avocado salad: 2 ripe soft avocados, 1 onion, 1 big or 2 small tomatoes, salad, parsley, garlic, mayo/olive oil, a bit of mustard and ketchup, lemon juice, salt/soya, chili/pepper. Shred the vegetables, and give the whole caboodle a good mix.

I don't need to say enjoy, cuz that's unavoidable

Good with fresh or toasted bread - and of course, a cold beer

Prawn , lime , ginger , chilli , garlic and pak choi stir fry to start followed by sea bass with salad and rosemary poatoes

A few glasses of rose will complete the meal
