Actually, after listening to the regular album, New York Suite is kinda disappointing. ;)

During my nightshift, I heard a song on Radio2 that sparkled my love for music.
This fellow have made some questionable albums lately, but his 70's/80's work is beyond question.

What triggered me to play this album, for the first time in some years, were the outstanding lyrics.
What you hear in this song aren't just some words that you hear on the radio nowadays, but are deeply touched and most of all, they tell a story.
Pure genius.

So, without further ado....

There's something about this band.
It's not bad overall, but it has something that I don't really like when I listen to music.
Some melodies keep on returning in a way that makes it a bit dull.
Not that it's a bad album though.

I still want to try out that album. It gets pretty good reviews and I liked their previous album.

I've been listening a lot to A.C.T lately. Especially "Today's Report", their first album (because normally I listen to this album less than the other albums). What a fantastic band. I wonder why they're not more well known...
