I seem to be the only Roomie listening to this fabulous Swedish progmetal band (like with several other great bands). Cloudscape are based in Hälsingborg (just 60 km North of Malmö). They got prog lyrics too.

On Saturday I heard Andromeda and Boil live at Debaser in Malmö. Both concerts were  *horns*

Boil are from Aarhus (second biggest city in Denmark). Here's some Tool mood, post-metal, growl, very experimental - great group  8)

8) I wonder if the next album will be as good. It's more accessible prog (perhaps it isn't even prog), so I was a bit sceptical in the beginning. But after multiple listenings you discover little things that makes you wanna listen to it again. And it's so frickin catchy! ;D

I'll probably buy the upcoming dvd too. Or perhaps even the bluray. Anyone else with the same plan?

Hm, I'm really confounded here, Mad ya gotta help me: Extension was really remarkable, already a classic. These two following albums are quite different. OK, they'r well played, have different moods, emo ... but what the hell happened to the all that freshness and magic of Extension ?

I think the best adjective for Extension - I saw it in Metal Archives - is wizardly. Very true  *horns*
