Not intentionally, but I've recently switched my player to iTunes, which doesn't stop at the end of an album, it just plays the next song in order.  If I'm feeling lazy and/or the next album happens to be something that seems like a good next choice, I just let it continue.

NP: Porcupine Tree - Warszawa
"What is that sound?  It's confusing, and boy is it loud!"

PH

Camel - The Snow Goose
12. Dunkirk

Sounds really nice.
Anyone here who likes it?

It does if you're in the right mode, ie you've selected an album and are effectively 'inside' it.

If you can't see the browser panels at the top (showing lists of genres, artists and albums) then either go to the 'view' menu and select 'Show Browser' or just press Control-B.  You can then easily navigate artist and albums.

Thanks for the tip.  Of course, this means I'll now have to make a conscious choice to play all my Porcupine Tree and Devin Townsend albums at once.    :o

I've only heard a few Camel songs (from a website dedicated to them).  Sounded good -- I somehow managed to miss them completely when I was in my original prog-awakening phase.   :-[

Camel.  Awesome band.  Too many albums to fairly single out individual items, however...

If you want to simulate 'Steve discovering Camel while still a teenager in the 1970s' listen to the classic 'Lady Fantasy' track.  Utterly blew me away after I taped it off the radio one Saturday afternoon and I've never looked back! 8)

Camel - On The Road 1972.

One of the various 'official bootlegs' the band have done over the years and an example of how easily I am influenced by what crops up on this forum ;D

Still playing The Snow Goose here! ;D

It's excellent!
Rhayader and Rhayader Goes To Town are so full of energy! And a song like Fritha is pure beauty. I really like the instruments.

It's perfect for a late evening, and brilliant if you want to calm down and relax.

I hear there's a really great prog band called "Send Large Sums of Money to Green Aquatic Biscuit-Averse Mammals."   ::)

And still playing Warszawa as it's over 79-minutes long.   *horns*
