NP  Mercenary:  Architect Of Lies

I'v now played all four of my M-albums thru several times, and I definitely do experience a progression in'm. I find their latest, Architect, the most exciting - so, that's the one to get first, guys, imo. It has more of this speeecial dark Nevermore quality (that I like btw  ;D ) than any other album from Scandinavia, and I understand from Mads at Fona Lyngby that that's not accidental, as the M-guys are big fans of NM. But Architect also has lots of melody and fine musicianship. I place this album in league with Isolate and Holographic Universe - yup, you got it right, I find Architect just as great  *horns*

It's actually quite thrilling for me to experience Mercenary, cause for a long time I'v been missing some substantial action in my now home country, Denmark - so, great, Holger Danske (our national hero) is beginning to awaken to deed (as we put it here)  :)

Is there a place where I can actually still buy that?

How is that? What kind of music is it? I've seen them live (the guitar player and keyboard player) as a support for Kino back in 2005 (three years ago already...) but that was mostly acoustic stuff.

I have searched, NLstore and BOL.com don't have it listed and even the Ayreon store doesn't sell it (anymore). But I'm sure that you already had searched there  ;). Perhaps the only way is to buy a used one on Amazone, Marktplaats, etc.?

The best way is to listen to their MySpace tracks: http://www.myspace.com/fafspace
The new stuff seems to be better, I wouldn't recommend the album I was playing. Quite boring  ::)

I know so little about Judas Priest

NP AC/DC - Highway To Hell

Maybe I should have waited until next week to play this one since it has songs like Beating Around The Bush or [George is on a] Highway To Hell   ;D

OK, this is not politically correct but it is just to get Peter back  :-X

Largely because I often haven't  got the time for more in-depth comment, unfortunately.  I can normally find 10 seconds for quick one-liners, though:

NP: Marillion - Happiness is the Road.

Opeth - Ghost Reveries.

Someone on the Marillion forum suggested this was a good choice for Halloween, and I thought yeahhhhhh... 8)
