Well after giving It Bites a spin I decided to give Neal Morse a try.

But to be honest, "Lifeline" didn't last long on my playlist... It could be that I'm too busy at the moment and that I need something more like "background music" this time (got a hell of a lot of work to do unfortunately... :(), while Neal Morse's music is always a bit "busy".
So right after the first song, I took Neal Morse out and gave the right to flow out from my speakers over to Jean Michel Jarre.
And man, does he fit in with the mood right now! :)

I think it's a great album. When you want to headbang, this is not the right album  ;). Most of the tracks are ballads. Steve Thorne does most of the vocals and Simon Clew on one track. Steve Christey on drums, Peter Gee on Electric, acoustic and classical, fretted and fretless basses, percussion (I wonder how he would do this 'live'). There are Christian lyrics on the album. Being a Christian myself, I don't mind, but some people do.

Yes, Cris Fry is really a brilliant guitar player. It's rather shocking to notice that the last Magenta album doesn't feature a photo of him :(
