About to play: The first four songs on Catherine Wheel - Chrome at volumes that will damage my ears because I'm that irritated.

I hear so many good things about the Beatles...They have been added to ProgArchives and there are some songs you can listen to.
I listened to the song "I Want You", since the album it came on seems to be one of The Beatles' best.
But I think it was awful... One of the worst lyrics I've ever heard and all in all a very tiresome song...

I was wondering, is The Lonely Hearts Club Band, better?

Coldplay - LeftRightLeftRightLeft.  Hmm, I suppose it's a little churlish to complain gven the value-for-money price-point, but what a dull, soggy and altogether underwhelming experience.  I'm not averse to a bit of Coldplay now and then, but this sounds like a low bitrate recording of the crowd while the band rehearse in the hall next door.

I could do without the extended audience sing-alongs, but I thought it was reasonably pleasant.  I'll play it now and then, which will do for a freebie.
