I got this one as a gift for Christmas 1980. Of course, it was still vinyl time. Not a great album but not as bad as it is often described.

I doubt it ever will.
It's just a project and there are various ways to get a digital version of it.
Maybe he will send a hard copy to the people who order the album directly from him, but I haven't read any info on that.
Would be nice though.

NP  André Andersen:  Changing Skin  (on repeat)

Terrific album, particularly with headphones  *horns*

Got five of the songs on my classic list now  8)

Interesting that this album was released in 1998, and altho it's one of the greatest rock albums imo, there are probably only about 1000 people who have the cd - similar to Explorers Clubs' Age Of Impact. Guess that's the way the world is  ???

André is il maestro of Royal Hunt, so this is basically a Royal Hunt album, just with more handchosen people for each song. As André also is a top-league mixer & producer - he does albums for other groups and film soundtracks - Changing Skin is also marvelously produced, with lots of stereo delicacies  ;)

The lyrics are about changing skin, yeah, wrapping up some major thingy in life and leaving it behind, and starting a new track, not big news on this album, more meditative :)

Singer Kenny Lübcke is also mighty fine  8)
