Upon what?
At the moment my large posterior is perched on my computer chair but when watching TV, etc, I lounge on the comfy but slightly shabby sofa.
I really love my PC chair, it has wide arm rests, not the thin ones that hurt your underarms when leaning upon them, and it is adjustable in many ways. The leather is already a bit shabby, but comfortable, yes.

At the office I'm actually thinking about a height adjustable desk, so that I can stand part of the time... nothing to do with coolness, though... :P
I've added a new category of park bench, which I sadly overlooked when composing the original choices.
Myself and Hogweed like to sit out on a park bench on fine evenings, grinjoying the trees and sky and stuff! 8)

Sorry I had to think of a Moody Blues song by this sentences, I choose for sitting on the floor, so if I'm tired than I can go lying on the floor how comfortable can You have it. In the Netherlands we say: Ik kan zittend weten dat liggen beter is, that means: I can know when I sit that lying is more comfortable. So let me choose the floor, no stupid chair.
