Appelmoes??

Quote from: PH on Wed, 2005-11-23, 19:05:19
What exactly is AC/DC? What genre? Like which band etc etc.?
Are you serious ???

Never heard of AC/DC, the founding fathers of modern rock 'n roll? Never seen or heard Agnus?

You must know songs like 'thunderstruck' or 'let there be rock'.

Download Borrow those 2 songs and you will have an idea of their music.

(BTW, sometimes their lyrics can be considered a little... Naughty :o )

Yesterday I received the album 'SantaMental', made by Steve Lukather & Friends. It is indeed a Christmas album with a lot of guitar solos.

Oh, our love doesn't end here, it lives forever on the wings of time'

AC/DC ... Love them, brilliant choice.  Me and my brother are great fans.  He has most of their albums and has seen them live loads of times.  One time I went with him and his mates ... awesome grintertainment, Angus's energy in a live performance is amazing!

They are releasing remastered albums, so now is a good time to collect their albums I thought :)

Their music is relaxed, rocking, bluesy, naughty :o and just 'plain old' cool!

I was just about to write the same, but I realized there was another page to this thread... Wow. I never thought I'd see that. How ever can you manage to escape AC/DC? I've tried for the duration of my life, but with no success!! ;D ;D ;D

My latest DVD purchase is MAGNUM - Livin' the dream.
-A high value package, from what I can gather. I haven't seen it yet, but I've read the back of it, and it looks thrilling. I'm just waiting for the right moment to sit down and lose myself to the dream... :)

That way you'd better buy a studio-album.

No, the songs are different live, more energy, crowd interaction etc, if I had the choice I would have bought it as a live CD.....but they've only released a DVD so......I've ripped the audio to my iPod and will only watch the DVD occasionally

Threshold - Critical Energy has a similar problem, the sound is fantastic, live versions are great but the picture suffers from being filmed in a small club with light flare in camera, lack of space on stage etc
