How do you feel right now?

So, here I am again.
I sometimes use the laptop but mostly administration stuff, I generally use my phone or tablet a lot more.
Since august '23 a lot has happened.
Dealing with two kids, 17 and 20, household, work, financial shit....but...
On the bright side...met a beautiful and sweet lady who sadly had endured the same shit as i did, lost her husband after a 2 year struggle of cancer, but what started as two people talking about the loss of their beloved, we soon kissed, think after the fourth date (lol) and we're still a couple.
We both have our demons from time to time but we're happy that we're in a relationship.
Kids....hers and mine, sometimes aren't but that's obvious.

Sounds perfect but it sometimes isn't . In fact, it's complicated with our history.
We respect each previous lives and there is room for laughter and good times and such.
I have been depressed for the past two months, been at home ever since, but things are looking good for me again.
Little by little, step by step i'm getting there.

Good to read you here, Maddox! Happy to hear you are finding your way after all that has happened, with the inevitable ups and downs, with someone who understands and has gone through the same experience.

Things are pretty well, I do not post a lot here I must confess, Teunis is the last man standing on the forum. I am very much looking forward to the Arena anniversary gig in Zoetermeer, 30 years is quite a number, getting old. But first Steven Wilson tomorrow!

Good to see you back Maddox and glad you've found some happiness after what you've gone through. Hope it'll work with your mutual kids.

I'm fine, enjoying life with 4 grandchildren. I'm getting old . Such a blessing!
