Hi all,
Just a quick one to say hi to the Arena forum. I've only recently got into the band after being blown away with Contagion.
I'm a regular on the Marillion forum, and found out about the band after a couple of Kino gigs with John Mitchell.

I plan to buy a few Arena albums next week, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. (Is there any DVD's of the band too?)

Cheers
We think of it as mainstreet, but to the rest of the country
it's Sunset Strip. You're listening to KAOS in Los Angeles.

If you don't already have Contagion: Contagion

Then The Visitor and then either Pepper's Ghost or Immortal?.
Go back in history after these CDs.

Caught in the Act DVD, It's AMAZING. Seriously amazing, thats the Contagion concert by the way, highly recomended.

"Contagion" is their worst ever album. Differ from such fabulous effort as "The Visitor". IMO.

Appelmoes??

Just buy all of the albums ;)

Hi Neelix

I replied to your email on the MOLF about this today (have been away for Xmas) and suggested Pepper's Ghost. Glad to see you have bought it, I'm sure you will enjoy.

Yo Neelix , is this where all the MOLF posters end up  :)

I received Pepper's Ghost today and it is very nice with some of the best packaging i have ever seen with a cd. The comic theme is brilliant - prog meets the league of extraordinary gentlemen.

The visitor is also amazing with the great John Jowitt (IQ) on bass

Seems like i have been hooked as well mate  ;)

Peter

yeah, folks, keep 'em coming :)
Arriving somewhere, but not here....

Googling for MOLF only gives St. Molf in France or so.... as long as it's not 'MILF', everything should be okay.... :P

It is the Marillion forum where i have discovered the joys of Arena , IQ , Pallas and Opeth amongst others. Neelix and Moonloop hang out there sometimes and i am sure there are others as well.

Thanks for not taking the piss  ;)

Yup this is one of those corners of the web where the spiders aren't in your hair, because you lie somewhere where noone cares if you survive or not.

Yeah it's quite cool here, but if you want I'll close the window for you? Although I just opened it because we have some very hot topics here, you'd better check them out.

Watch out for the guy with the spinning Arena-logo.

Welcome funkster!  Glad to see another one of our ilk here.  I haven't seen any spiders.  Still looking for that time machine though.  It's around here somewhere.
