No.
In the Netherlands, when a man turns 50 we call him Abraham.
When a woman turns 50 we call her Sarah.

Then we dress up a big doll or make something out of our own and place him/her/it in front of the door to the house and decorate the house with lots of garlands in and out of the house.
And then we party all night.  :D

It's quite fun actually.  ;D

Isn't it a bit confusing, though, once the entire population over the age of 50 is called either Abraham or Sarah? ;)

Yeah of course.
My father is Abraham and my father in-law is called Abraham too.  :P
