Just thought you may like to know that the DVD is ready to be pressed (almost..;)
That means it will be available very soon, and we will be taking orders on the Verglas site by the weekend (hopefully).
Ah cool! I eventually might buy one! But I don't have the booty.
Well, I have, but there's so much to buy... Come to think of it, how is Contagion The Max doing?
Great!! I'm really looking forward to this.
Does this mean that a 27.03.06 release date is correct?
I think it might be a few days later...;)

Ahh cool! I will ask my dad for his creditcard! I hope Contagion The Max is available soon too! It would've been better if I could get them both together... now I have to pay shipping costs two times... :(
By the way: Does this DVD (and bonus-CD) come with a comic book too?!?!?! I'm curious about new stories of our heroes! ;)

Excellent work Arena!
Excellent work Clive and Arena, sure!
But: Nobody of you noticed the sync problems?
I notice sync problems!... but it seems to be a random occurance. Not sure how that can be. There is a plan in place to deal with this, and I hope to be able to say something in the next couple of days...

But I saw a few sync issues on other DVD's too. I guess it all depends how the transport stream is demux'd on DVD player equipment.

Actually, there's a standard, and quite a few producers (i.e. most of them) seem to be able to stick to it and produce DVDs that do not make problems on playback. :-\

True, Peter. Back when I was an engineer, we used to have issues with Mpeg2 transport streams emitted from various encoders, so people wondered why we used a DSP, and not an ASIC for denuxing. We could adapt for inconsitencies in the transport stream.
But now that I just use tools, I have used Final Cut pro and DVD Studio Pro and have not seen issues with DVDs.
