Interesting and sad.

If the rock world got together to do a show for Ahmet Ertegen then maybe something similar will happen for Les Paul.

What I don't get is why it's off topic that he dies but on topic that he should rest in peace  ;)

I don't know much about Les Paul, but I'v tried playing the guitars named after him, and they do have a great sound  *horns*

So Tom, even if you can only hit the e-string once, you can create magic  ;D

I like it more to hit the E-string, it sounds more heavy... ;D

Les Paul pretty much invented multitrack recording. Much of the music you listen to today is possible because of his ideas and inventions.
