It's not very common but hernia does happen to young people as well.
In fact, a friend of mine had his first at age twenty.
And even now it sometimes returns and he's 41 right now.
Good movement, training a bit might do the trick but I'm no doctor...

Several years ago, I had my wallet stolen out of my coat that was hanging up at work.  I didn't lose as much as you did, but it did have all my credit cards, my driver's license, and other assorted ID.  Definitely a pain to get everything sorted out there, and it sure didn't feel good knowing someone had my personal stuff.  Losing all your keys sounds especially troubling.  I hope you have a minimum of problems getting things fixed up.

Monday evening, when I got home, there was a message on my homephone. A guy with a friendly voice told me that he had found my keys. I got him on the phone Tuesday, and he told me that he was a gardener, and he had found my stuff in a park close to Cop Main Station. We made out a meeting place in the afternoon, and it turned out that he had found three of the five key sets that had been in my backpack plus my calender. That was real nice of him, and about a half recovery for me. Still outstanding is my cell phone, which now is completely unusable by any else than me (I phoned in the IMEI nb), and my address book with several hundred contacts - and some asshole is using the perfume and deo that Ms 007 gave me.

An unpleasant experience that she had was that one of the thieves had been fiddling about on my phone in the period between the theft and my arrival at her place, and he had, probably by mistake, called her up. Her phone rang only twice, and she didnt make it, but she saw that it was my number, and called back, expecting to hear my voice, but instead heard a shrill voice that said something she couldnt understand. So of course she feared the worst, and was happy to see me alive and well upon arrival. Next day she got a locksmith to install a new main lock on her door, which of course incurred a sizeable expense (doubled cause of Saturday)

I can tell you that Boa Vista which is part of the Cape Verde islands is very barren and sunny.
