Title: Man in nursing home reacts to music

You can skip to about the 2:20 mark and watch the change in this man's demeanor when he hears the music of his youth.

And then check out this hamster as he listens to the opening of Opeth's "When."

@ first video
It's not really a surprise to me. When music makes an impression on us, we will always remember where we listened to it for the first time. We connect situations and places to music. So when you are 90 years old and you hear music you first heard when you were 16, you'll probably remember things from around that time. Still, very nice to see this man enjoying his music. Love his 'vision' about music bringing world peace and all that.

Some day, I'll be the guy in the nursing home and the attendant will bring an iPod and blast some Opeth into my ears. I suppose I'll wind up looking like the hamster.

Not if they play Heritage, past Track 4  ;)

Wonderful album btw, with masses of prog delights, just needs some readjustment on the part of the old Opeth fan  :)
