At the time I typ this we have 31 guests!
That's a whole lot!
The visitors take a look in nearly every post!
But as a guest you can't reply to anything.
Maybe I have a tactical move... but it's kinda sneaky at the same time:
We could make some of the boards here locked for guests... that way they HAVE to register in order to view some parts of the forum.
As we force the guests to register to the forum they might do it. That way we have more members around here and we can spread the word through different people.
The more people speak about Arena, the better.
It's just my vision, there probably pros and cons on this.
Let me hear what you think about it.
Thanks,
--Paco
It might be that some of our fellow 'Shattered Room'ers' are just stopping by to view messages without logging in...
That huge number of visitors are mostly spiders from gigablast.com, a relatively new search engine on the net. They're just indexing the page, that's all :)
Ahh... too bad :'(
Well... it doesn't matter.
It was a nice thought though. :P

Ahh, I see it all now!
Thanx! :)
Peter, I still haven't fathomed what a digital spider is. Maybe you could try to explain it in "English". Or maybe we should ask Maddox, he saw a digital spider. Do the digital spider women actually eat their mates? just like in real life, and just like the human ones (oops).
Nicky.
Oh, it's a programme that crawls the web for content. Google, Yahoo and MSN Search use them to create a database for their web search sites. When these programmes look at the Shattered Room, they're counted as visitors, cos they do not log in.
Like invasion of the Martians, seems.
Nicky.

Since it's a half year ago. ;D
It is a bunch of horrible robots that search for info (email addresses and credit card details). They browse the net, and especially forums because of the level of personal data revealed.
Can't the people behind these just die?
