Well, there are a lot of things you shouldn't know yet, but in this case, I got things muddled up, sorry. I meant Jabberwocky. Tracy is The Girl here. Well, Arjen played guitar on The Hound, so you know, Paco, it's really one big family  ;D

You don't need to worry about cans..........I generally drink bottled beer!

NP Neo - Broadcast DVD - 02 - Erosion.  Bloody excellent DVD. All the 'wrong' people singing the right songs, you that have seen it will know exactly what I mean.

Sounds good, Johnny boy, both the Neo DVD and the bottled beers, I think I'll go for both.

Have you heard this tremendous music:

NP  Redemption: The Origins Of Ruin

One of my faves is Memory (tr4).

I would venture that the music of Redemption is now as great as DT. The lyrics are fine, but not up to the Genius of Master JP.

Blue Oyster Cult : Burnin' for You

Very catchy early 80's AOR  8) Could have been a major hit with some airplay. Maybe it charted in the US ?

Rather good ain't it?

For anyone that's been living in a cave on Mars for the past few years and dosn't know, Ian Bartlett is our very own Constable Hogweed and he has produced 3 rather cool CD's of rather clever Prog Music. You can listen to bits Here, Here and Here

I absolutely INSIST you click one of those links and have a listen, DO IT NOW!

NP Ian Bartlett - Parallel Universe

@John: It indeed is pretty good!  *horns*

NP> The Cure - A Forest

Before anyone get the sudden impulse to expel me from the shattered classroom, you definitely should listen to this. Even after all those years it's one heck of a song!  8)

And i'm not even a The Cure fan.  :D

Good that you pressed it upon us, John. I clicked onto Ian's page on SCYM, and I must say, I was really impressed by what I heard.

Ian's musicianship and singing is topnotch, and he has developed a very unique atmosphere, clearly inspired by Arena, Pendragon, Pallas and Mike Oldfield, but far beyond their sounds, a very unique style. I haven't yet figured what his stories are about, but his lyrics strike me as being very profound, about the deepest dreams, passions, strivings and pitfalls of humans.

Thanks, Ian, for sharing your wonderful universe with us. (Lady likes it too.)

As soon as the economy starts budging, I must have Psychles (that's how it was spelled on SCYM, is that correct?).

NP   DT: The Spirit Carries On, on Score

Man o man, this is where the angels have taken over. Both John P and Jamie do their best (read: most sublime) here. And Mike gets goin real hot too. I simply can't imagine any Arena or Floyd fan not being swept away by this.

Guys, if you haven't listened to this, then you have no idea of what Heaven is like.

Am I goin over the top here? Yup, but all warranted and merited  :)

NP  DT: Awake.
It's first now that I'm really gettin into Awake. Must say   *horns* *horns* *horns*

Earlier, when I was into the crazy guitar business, Scenes was more my taste; then I became reeeal progressive, and Six Degrees was the thing (as you guys may remember); now I gave Awake a couple of spins, and man, it's great too.

How can a group just keep on churning out such amazing albums?
