Are 'Forum Palace' and 'Vilnius House of Culture and Sports' names of the same place?
The second is mentioned on Arena World <a href="http://www.verglas.com/ArenaWorld/live/tourhotline.htm" targer="_blank">Tour Hotline</a> page.

However there are no information on any Lithuanian site about the event! That surprises me and makes confused - will the event be taken place at all?!

Then if all is ok with that, is it possible to book ticket online? (the problem with doing it offline is that I live in Moscow)

On the tour hotline page, there's a phone number. Maybe you can simply call them...
