I wish you a very pleasant first spin, after which you will have 80 more, because this album is simply gigantic.

I'v already spun Clutching At Straws 81 times ... so I don't get any more spins, Cap ?

:D

This is formidable album  *horns*

That's as high as "the water" ever got  ;)

Then Fish jumped out ... and landed some brilliant albums  :)

Whoops, better beat it - hey Cap, what's the trick ?  :D

I bought Cardiology yesterday, the latest Good Charlotte release. I wanted to grap a copy of LP's new album, but it was really too expensive.   :(

I bought it last week and believe me, it's worth it! Really good (concept)album. A return to form for Linkin Park if you ask me. *horns*

That's pretty good news. A friend of mine bought it and he seemed disappointed, but I also know that people are divided and do not know what to think of the album. I guess the only way to find out for me is to buy it.  ;D
By the way, isn't it rather a conceptual album? I listened to some songs, and they don't seem to tell a story altogether.

Just thudded(?) onto my mat the deluxe edition of the whirlwind tour 2010.

It is nice as I was actually at the concert they recorded. taikes a while to play though as the concert crosses 2 DVD's and 3 CD's  *horns*

Edit. It is fantastic highly recommended if you like Transatlantic.

Knight Area - Rising Signs from the Shadow (double livecd)

My favorite prog band from my home country 8). I had the pleasure to witness them live last year. They played their last album 'Realm of Shadows' live by then. Exactly that is disc one. On the second disc a good mix from the first two albums, love it  *horns*.

I just bought a DVD.
As a biology teacher I like buying educational and/or documentary dvds. Especially when they are focused on children/adolescents.
So this time it was:

The Human Body

From Wikipedia:
"The Human Body is a seven part documentary series, first shown on 20 May 1998 on BBC One and presented by medical scientist Robert Winston. A co-production between the BBC and The Learning Channel, the series looks at the mechanics and emotions of the human body from birth to death.
The series was nominated for numerous awards, winning several, including three BAFTA awards, four RTS awards and a Peabody Award."

The last time I bought cds was still in 2010, I think it was Porcupine Tree (Up The Downstair, The Sky Moves Sideways and Signify).

Now I still need On The Sunday Of Life... and Lightbulb Sun and then my Porcupine Tree studio album discography will be completed!
After that, I might want to expand and buy Recordings (which is excellent!) and perhaps Stars Die: The Delerium Years since they both contain some new songs.

I LOVE Porcupine Tree!

I got a bargain. A real bargain.

At the Frost* site you can order the Philidelphia Experiment for a lousy 10 pounds and so I did!

Got it in my mailbox today and already played it and it's fun!!
And good!!

And a shame that Jem decided to put the Cube into the fridge.  :-\
