My Mum passed away yesterday at 10 am. It was a very calm ending; her breathing waned, and then stopped. All three of her biological children, we were all at her bedside.

Exhausted.
Came back from France to the country where I currently study as an exchange student by train in a full compartment, so I didn't get much sleep. One of our comrades here is deceased in extremely brutal conditions this week-end, and today was our first reunion after this tragedy. The local police does its best to make sense out of it, but right now we are all left speechless.
My head aches a bit, which is more than normal after a day like this one.

I'm not the most badly affected here, but we're like one big family so it's hard for everyone. Won't say too much, just that she disappeared overnight while going to a party in a safe neighborhood, causing students to alarm the police the next morning. She was found by the riverbank within the hour. The hardest thing for us is that it was no accident. The question everybody ask themselves now is who and why.
I don't want to talk too much about it, but I'll keep you posted if any significant porgress is made. Police investigation is in progress as we speak, notably regarding missing evidence from the scene.

Thanks for the support. We're already working on it thanks to the social media.

Now I feel tired but satisfied. Went for a long hike in the snowy mountains in the middle of nowhere today with some friends. It was fun, especially since we had a dog with us who liked to play a lot.
