Constable Hogweed

I didn't know Townsend, Daltrey and co once collectively played keyboards for Arena.  ???     ;D

Xanxtuary

And the famous Time Lord too!  What a shocking revelation!

I was wondering though, which incarnation of the Doctor?  I can quite imagine Jon Pertweed (old joke, ask Hogweed) or Tom Baker dressed in full Wakemanesque regalia, pounding the keys in grandiose stylee!

I voted for Clive too. He is also on this forum and I don't want to be kicked off  ;).
No, seriously, I admire his various keyboardplaying on Arena, Pendragon and Ayreon!

That's what 'hanging-about' OTHER forums does for you, Peter   ;D

The "first bit" was my attrocious attempt to remember the classic sketch by The Marx Brothers...

The "second bit" was a verbatim quote from a genuine piece of cricket commentary...along the same lines, but in my true inimitable way, off on some kind of prog-grammatically-incorrect-tangent-type-thingy-stuff-wibble-thang...

Loopy's comment was for Private Eye's only...  ;)

I think Clive Nolan is the best, but I also like to hear Mark Kelly playing.

Maybe an idea for the next poll, to fill in other keyboard people, Clive has no resistance, so he will always win. Do You know a guy who's better than Clive than You can vote WHO.
But Yes Clive is the best so You don't need other names

That's funny that is Clive Nolan (at least on as good as Gold), or maybe there is another now, I'm not so familiar with Pendragon, only have one CD named as Good as Gold, I don't know if the other records are better but I didn't like it very much, what cd would You suggest to listen from Pendragon to get the Pendragon virus, I don't get it from the CD As good as gold.

"The Jewel",  EXTREMELY recently remastered, is as good a place to start as any...not as "nice" as As Good As Gold  (Which is an EP+Extras, er, EP, not an album BTW...!)
And after that, get your CreditCard Company to increase your limit, and with all of your new free money, er, buy EVERYTHING, IMHO.
