I've never really made a blog.. is it much like a website? Do you have to code or can you work with some sort of interface? ???
I've already made some websites but it's really hard to make them interactive like a weblog. For instance that everyone can leave a message. I'm not even sure HTML can do that...

It's a piece of Java software, actually. New to me, but well worth the effort.
