Stage Position

One curious thing...

I've seen Arena live only once, at the Contagion tour (Madrid-Spain). Ian Salmon was at the right side of the stage, and John Mitchell at the left one. When I saw Caught In The Act I realized that the scene position was just the oposite, and every photo I've seen shows them in that way.

Is there any reason? Do they often change the stage positions?
