No, it's not wierd at all, I would say that 99.9% of the CDs I buy, I haven't heard before  ;) . "Snow" is indeed a good album but Spock's have done better - to me it's a bit like IQs "Subterranea" or "Topographic Oceans" - way too long and should have been a single disc.

Still - good purchase  ;D

The Voyager

In case of "Subterranea" I can't agree with you, Moonloop. It's just great to listen to mentioned DOUBLE CD - from start till the end. Although, this exception proves the common rule.  ;)   As for now playing thread, I'm listening to ROOT's new CD "Illumination". It seems to me that you have to try this one too. Hope, I am not mistaken. :)

Now I'm playing V from Spock's beard :) (Why did I never bought a Spock's Beard album before? ??? )

Good choice! My favorite from disk I is 'When the druïds turn to stone' (Damian rules on this one!) and on disk II 'Dawn of a million souls'. I have nearly all the Ayreon albums (except Final experiment revisited) and attended the Star One gig in Rijssen a few years ago. Great music!
