The man's a drum-wizard....  :o

Well, he can play them yes. He's better than many I know. But a wizard? No, don't think so. Portnoy is better! ;D
But Klepacki is more of an multi-instrumentalist, he can also play keyboards and guitar. I prefer his calmer music over his aggresive music though. The Legend Of Kyrandia was great and had very melodic music.

EDIT: sorry, I just have to do this:

KANE LIVES!!!!

KANE! KANE! KANE! KANE! KANE! KANE!

And look at this!!!  :o

So it seems the release date for C&C:3  is 29-3-2007 right?
Just took a look at their site and it looks promising.  *horns*

Okay, Nicky already got this one and (I think) he liked it!
It's the soundtrack to Emperor: Battle For Dune.
This soundtrack never was commercially released (lot of game music doesn't get commercially released... :( ), but in my opinion the music is VERY interesting. A bit too interesting not to share, so I ripped the music out of the game files, that way you can listen to the music without having to play the game. (awesome game by the way)
Especially the Atreides and Harkonnen discs are very recommended.

Okay, Nicky already got this one and (I think) he liked it!

Certainly, Paco, this music does have its place in my life. When my brain is pulped by Dillinger and even Kamelot, it's really great to cruise with Klepacki & Co.

As you guys may have noticed, I like very differing music for different occasions and moods.

I sure got some surprise when I clicked onto this topic and my screen jumped and flickered with all the graphics.

One thing that always perplexes me is that they take the women with the biggest boobs to fight the hardiest enemies. This seems contrary to nature - actually in two ways: 1) Boobs are primarily life-enhancing, as their main purpose is to nurture babies (you guys can probably guess their secondary purpose);  2) I would think that enormous boobs get in the way of a physical fight, but dunno, maybe they confuse primitive men to the point of total submission.

Hey Paco, sign me up for a biology lesson at your school  ;D

Nicky.
So you've come of age
And so you want to meet God
Sure you can
He's right here next to me

C'mon people, don't be shy.
Nicky is right for once. Although it's a game, it doesn't mean that it has a Super Mario kinda soundtrack...
Try it!

I'm listening to it right now.

The Atreides have orchestral rock and ambient songs.
The Harkonnen have melodic rock/metal songs.
The Ordos have electronica songs.

Trust me, it's not cinematic music like movie scores or something (sometimes a bit). It's actually quite songbased. Good structured. And better than your local mainstream radio station...
