I don't know how I came to know this band, since it's not on ProgArchives (normally my source of new bands).
A few years ago I discovered this band and instantly liked it.

Work Of Art probably fits the AOR label. It's REALLY catchy stuff.
I've seen them compared to bands like Toto and Journey. But I wouldn't know since I don't really know these bands.
To me it's right next to Kino/It Bites, but also Subsignal and sometimes A.C.T (probably some the guitar playing and these guys are Swedish ;) ).

The Rain (first song from their second album "In Progress")

Never Love Again (also from their second album)

Camelia (sort of a tribute to Toto, it seems. From their first album "Art Work")

Can't Let Go (from their brand new album "Framework")

Their new album will be out on september 19th

Let me know what you think.

I agree, AOR and catchy. I remember, when I was a member of the Toto forum (which doesn't exist anymore) that this band was mentioned (if I remember correctly it was even a member of Work Of Art to gain new fans :)). WOA are fans of/inspired by Toto indeed and you can hear that very clearly. I only heard these four tracks and after two and a half it got boring, probably because the songs had the same style. I don't know if a whole album is more versatile? Toto plays more styles like AOR, hardrock, fusion and even prog (metal). Their latest album 'Falling In Between' was compared with Dream Theater :). In short: I prefer the original ;). But I noticed more tracks on YouTube, maybe I'll have to dig into it more.

Wow, you made my day with these links, PH, especially the first one which instantly hooked me  8)

It's very well done AOR but (only judging by the links) less versatile than Toto, as Teunis stated. It reminds me of the Toto albums from Isolation to the Seventh One but it also reminds me of Journey, REO Speedwagon or Survivor, to name a few. So I would not call them a Toto clone at all and, as Teunis does, I think that Toto had (has ?) more to offer.

But I will probably end up buying their albums.

Thanks a lot  ;)

To give a proper opinion I played the whole album 'In Progress' on YouTube and it confirms what I wrote earlier: very well executed AOR, but 'too much of the same'. But thanks for sharing, really enjoyed the experience :).
