Don't know if it has been discussed before.
I wonder why the first singer and first guitarist had to go or left the band. The guitarist atleast was really good I think. So it would be nice if someone could tell me what was the motivation behind changed the line-up Wink

Unicorn, I take it that the singer you mean is John Carson, who sang on Songs From The Lion's Cage, and the guitarist is Keith More, who played on Lion's Cage and Pride.

It's easier to discuss these things when one has person and album names  Wink Smiley

There's a book written on Arena. I don't have the title and links immediately at hand, but maybe someone else here can list'm.

Nicky.

If I remember correctly, John Carson left because of musical differences.
Keith More didn't want to be part of the writing core of the band, he wanted to be a session player. So the rest kicked him out and found John Mitchell who was willing to write and be part of the band.

EDIT: This is the biography Nicky's talking about:

However, I do also think that this situation is insane.

After all it has been out for ages, and we were both here when it did come out, and you still haven't read it.

You're very welcome to do so....

Thanks to all for all the nice compliments...
We might feel to do an update somewhere in the future (as well as some small corrections and additions here and there), but I think that'll have to wait at least until a new album.
